Oktober 2025. Die Anonymisierung personenbezogener Daten ist in der Datenverarbeitung eine grundlegende Aufgabe. Die r\u00e4umliche Aggregation spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle. Das data analytics institute (dai) arbeitet gerade an einem entsprechenden Framework (SAFeDY), dass Institutionen ein offenes Set an Werkzeugen zur Hand gibt, um Adressen DSGVO-konform anonymisieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Gerade beim Daten teilen zur Umsetzung einer effektiven Daten\u00f6konomie wie beispielsweise in der kommunalen W\u00e4rmeplanung soll das neue Framework SAFeDY Grundlage jeder anstehenden Verarbeitung von Adressen oder GPS-Daten werden.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong>SAFeDY &#8211; Spatial Aggregation Framework for Data Privacy &#8211; bietet ein Set an Tools zur Anonymisierung personenbezogener Daten durch r\u00e4umliche Aggregation<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e4umliche Aggregation zur Anonymisierung von Positionen wie Adressen oder GPS-Daten geh\u00f6ren zur grundlegenden Herausforderung in der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten. Das neue und offene Framework SAFeDY bietet Institutionen den daf\u00fcr notwendigen Werkzeugkasten. Zum Framework z\u00e4hlt u.a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein offenes, hierarchisches Mehrebenen-Raummodell, was Adressen und Standorte in beliebige Gebiete wie beispielsweise Wohnbl\u00f6cke, Quartiere und Stadteile oder Kacheln (100x100m, 1x1km usw.) zusammenfassen l\u00e4sst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine offene <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Geocodierung\">Geokodierung<\/a>, die sich flexibel in jede Infrastruktur implementieren l\u00e4sst und Adressen innerhalb einer Institution verarbeiten l\u00e4sst, um die Raumebenen anreichern zu k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die flexible, DSGVO-konforme Aggregation (und Darstellung) personenbezogener Daten in beliebige Gebiete   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Open Geocoder &#8211; offene Geokodierung f\u00fcr Alle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Open Source &amp; Data Initiativen machen es m\u00f6glich. Das Dateninstitut dai plant noch im Laufe dieses Quartals und damit bis Ende des Jahres erstmals einen Open Geocoder auf den Markt zu bringen. Hauptelement der dazu notwendigen Referenzdaten sind die offenen Geodaten der einzelnen Bundesl\u00e4nder (u.a. die 3D-Geb\u00e4udedaten), die im Datenmodell <a href=\"https:\/\/dai.institute\/index.php\/2025\/07\/07\/twin-digitaler-zwilling\/\">TWIN<\/a> am Institut zusammenflie\u00dfen und harmonisiert werden. Die Softwareentwicklung und sp\u00e4tere Lizenz folgt dabei den M\u00f6glichkeiten von Open Source Richtlinien.
